i think i figured out one of the main things that bothers me about this season (and most of 6 and 7 too). there isnt enough music. when theyre driving or just generally doing stuff, there isnt enough music. 1-5 has a lot more music than 6-8, the soundtrack was a lot nicer then.

Because I obsess, I started thinking about how Destiel might progress and specifically how it compared to other TV relationships. So…TV characters. With ‘chemistry’. Fans notice and lo! A ship is born. Some are destined to remain fanon and some become canon. Let’s look at the stages—some stolen from TV tropes and some made up in my head. :)
A Past History…or a Meet Cute. The characters either have some history issues immediately established or we have a cute meeting that is significant and establishes this character as important. If we don’t have either of these, then the character is not intended to be important—but may still become important, based on fan and critical reactions.
